Lounges
How does it work?
You select the lounge that's the right size for your group size, choose any add-ons you like, request a favorite beach or let our experts choose for you, and we'll take care of the rest! You'll receive a confirmation email after booking with all the detailed instructions you may need. Just show up at your booked time slot for the best beach day ever! If you have any questions, you can reply to your confirmation email.
On the day of your reservation, we'll greet you with a full lounge set up and ready for you, then return to pack it up at the end of your reserved time. Please plan to arrive on time. There is a 15 minute grace period after your stated start time. After the grace period, the reservation is considered forfeited with no refunds or transfers.
What is included in each booking?
Each lounge has a unique set of items that are included and those details can be found on the pages titled "Little Cay", "Coral Cabana", and "Queen Conch" (the lounge detail pages).
All available add-ons will be offered during the booking process. Any add-ons placed less than 48 hrs in advance of your booked time are considered tentative and will be refunded if needed.
Locations & Guests
Where do you set up the lounges?
Our headquarters is on Grace Bay and we have a few favorite spots that are off the beaten path and/or allow for snorkeling our beautiful reef. Upon special request, we can provide lounge set-ups at your villa or on our favorite hidden gems and local beaches throughout Providenciales in the Turks and Caicos Islands. You can enter your preferred location while booking your reservation but if you need something extra special, please fill out our concierge form and we will do our best to accommodate you! Setups outside of Grace Bay and/or at a villa location may incur a small fee.
Can I request a custom location?
Absolutely! We love custom locations and will do our best to accommodate. You can enter your preferred location while reserving your booking, or contact our concierge if you'd like to discuss available options. Additional setup and transportation fees may apply.
Can I add extra people to my party?
In order to provide you with the most comfortable and best possible experience, each lounge has a recommended and maximum number of guests. Exceeding the maximum guest count may result in fines or getting shutdown, so if you anticipate more guests, please let us know with as much advance notice as possible so we can help advise.
Little Cay seats 2-4; max 6

Arrival / Departure
What time slots are available?
We offer standard half day time slots from 9am - 1pm and 3pm - 7pm daily*. Full day time slots are available from 9am to 5pm.
If you would like a custom time slot, you may make request this while booking your reservation. Custom time slots are considered on a case-by-case basis and are billed at the full day booking rate if approved.
*Half day time slots are not available on public holidays and may not be available during busy seasons at our discretion.
Can I book a custom time?
Yes! We know everyone is on their own vacay schedules and do our best to offer custom time slots wherever possible. Custom arrival or departure times are considered on a case-by-case basis and if approved, they are charged at a full day rate with a maximum of 8 hours. Please inquire with our concierge and we'll do our best to accommodate you!
Can I arrive late or leave early?
If you require a custom arrival or departure time, please contact our concierge.
Arrivals: We have tightly scheduled days and want to be fair to all guests, so please plan to arrive on time. There is a 15 minute grace period after your reservation time and after the grace period expires, the reservation will be considered forfeited. If a host is able to stay and meet you beyond the 15 minute grace period, late fees may be applied at our discretion.
Departure: A host will meet you to pack up your lounge at the time your reservation ends. Guests are responsible for everything that is included in the lounge setup, and must wait to depart until the host returns. If you’d like to request to leave early, please contact us a minimum of 30 minutes prior to your proposed departure. Early departures are not guaranteed to be accommodated, but as always, we will do our best to work with you.
Can I leave the beach lounge during my reservation?
We entrust you with our beautiful equipment and amenities for the duration of your reservation time window and ask that you take care of it as if it were your own. You are fully responsible for all the items in the lounge throughout your reservation time, as well as any personal items you bring along. To ensure everything is well taken care of, we advise you to have a minimum of one person at the lounge at all times.
Reschedule / Cancel / Weather
What if I need to cancel or reschedule?
We understand things happen sometimes! Standard bookings are available to be rescheduled, amended, or canceled up to 5 days (120 hours) prior to your reservation start time. After the 5 day window, reservations are non-refundable and non-transferrable. If we determine significant wind or rain will impact your day, we will offer to reschedule your party or provide a credit for future use.
Custom reservations are available to be rescheduled, amended or canceled up to 3 weeks in advance of your booking. If it's less than 3 weeks but more 5 days prior, you will have the option to apply your payment toward another booking, plus a 30% Rescheduling Fee. Cancelations within the 5 day window are non-refundable and non-transferrable.
We partner with third party vendors for many of the add-ons including food and beverage, water sports, and more. Any services that were booked with third party vendors are subject to terms set by each provider.
Do you offer rain checks?
Turks and Caicos has some of the most beautiful weather in the world with 350 days of sunshine! We track the weather closely and will notify you if significant wind or inclement weather will impact your day. In the unlikely event that happens, we'll work with you to rebook for another available time or provide a credit for a future booking.
Miscellaneous
Do you offer food & drinks at the lounges?
If available for purchase as an add-on to your lounge, food and drink options will be shown during your booking process. This also includes other rentals such as extra umbrellas or seating, plates, forks, and napkins, Yeti drinking cups, and more. Don't hesitate to reach out if you have any questions!
Are gratuities included?
Gratuities are not included and can be given to your host at your discretion.
Are you a local Turks and Caicos company?
